A T & T support

I have both the internet account and my cell phone with ATT. For some reason, when I cancelled an extra temporary phone line, they changed the source from which the autodraft drew the funds. When I called the support line to get this straightened out, I got a very nice, but very confused young man whose first language is not English. For about half an hour, I patiently worked with him as we got the confusion straightened out, my passcodes reestablished, and the problems solved. He generously offered to add another phone line to give me a better deal. It's never a better deal, but he was doing his job. I think it was his first week on the support line, and I didn't yell at him when he repeatedly misnamed which account he was working on. Patience is necessary in many situations.
